Snow load
Wind load
Use category
Site exposure conditions
Seismic zone (if applicable)
Freight to your steel building site
Your pre-engineered steel building specifications and design requirements
Your foundation connection preference

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We can ship most prefabricated steel building kits within weeks from the time the order is placed. As Canada's top steel building manufacturer, we will happily ship your order to you, no matter where you are. We recommend you have some assistance available to unload your prefab metal building.

If you live close to our production facility, you can pick up your prefab steel building. This will eliminate your shipping expenses. Inform your dealer, and they will gladly provide you with directions.

WARRANTIES

Manufacturer's Warranty shall warrant the following:

All steel buildings follow local building codes. Engineers design them to handle published wind and snow loads. The design also takes into account how people will use the building and the conditions of its exposure. The buyer gives this information to the manufacturer.
All materials will be free of defect in material and workmanship.

There is a 50-year warranty against corrosion for all steel building models.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept most major credit cards, cheque, money order, cash, or a combination there-of. We ask you to pay a deposit when you sign your agreement and then pay the balance upon delivery of your steel building.
